Hey there Rie o/

Pokemon Wallpaper style is amazesauce.com/genius - I just can't figure out what you use to do it though, in Photoshop.

I'm going to assume a variety of filters/smudges and/or brushes, but its something I'd love to find out and try on my fake cards sometime; almost a celestial type fake template! - Idea's forming lol .....
